Travel cost depends on the destination city, the number of facilitators required and the materials for the event. We always quote it separately from the activity price so it's fully transparent. No surprises and no fine print.
For events outside Madrid we recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance, especially for activities that require transporting materials (Master Cooking, Escape Box, Megaconcurso, Squid Game). For large groups or peak dates, ideally 6 weeks.
No. We design, set up and run every event with our own team, wherever we go. It's the only way to guarantee the same quality as in Madrid. Our facilitators travel with all materials from our base in Madrid.
All 16 of our activities are designed to be portable. The most popular outside Madrid are Master Cooking, Megaconcurso, Escape Box, Squid Game and Mystery in the City. For outdoor events, Pirate Boarding and Bikes for a Cause also work very well.
Yes. The vast majority of in-house events take place in offices, meeting rooms, terraces, gardens or halls of the client's own venue. We handle transport and full setup. You don't need to rent an external venue.
Yes, we have run events in Las Palmas and in towns within provinces such as Avila, Toledo or Zaragoza. For destinations with complex logistics we quote case by case, but the initial answer is always yes.
For culinary activities, fresh ingredients are bought in the destination city to guarantee quality. The kitchen equipment, aprons, set design and other logistics travel with us from Madrid.
