Froggy Events is a Spanish team building and corporate events company headquartered in Madrid and operating across Spain. We design every activity in-house and run it with our own facilitators, no intermediaries. We operate for companies in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Cordoba, Zaragoza, Las Palmas, Avila and other cities.
We don't subcontract. Our facilitators travel from Madrid with all the equipment. The quality of an event in Seville is exactly the same as one in Madrid. No middlemen, no surprises.

Many of our clients are multinational companies with international teams, so we regularly run our activities in English, or in a mix of English and Spanish when the group needs it. Our co-founder Laura Hernández studied Translation and Interpreting in English and adapts every script, quiz question and set of clues, so the humour and the challenge work just as well in English. Whether your team is based in Spain or flying in for an offsite or convention, you get one point of contact, one team and the same experience in any city.
As a reference, our team building activities at your venue start at around €40 per person (excluding VAT). The final price depends on the number of participants, the activity and the duration. In Madrid there are no travel costs; elsewhere in Spain, the activity price is the same and our team's travel from Madrid is quoted as a separate, itemised line so you can see exactly what you pay for. Yes. We regularly run our activities in English for international teams and multinational companies, and we can also mix English and Spanish in the same event. Our co-founder Laura Hernández studied Translation and Interpreting in English, and she adapts scripts, questions and materials so nothing gets lost in translation.

Travel cost depends on the destination city, the number of facilitators required and the materials for the event. We always quote it separately from the activity price so it's fully transparent. No surprises and no fine print.
For events outside Madrid we recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance, especially for activities that require transporting materials (Master Cooking, Escape Box, Megaconcurso, Squid Game). For large groups or peak dates, ideally 6 weeks.
No. We design, set up and run every event with our own team, wherever we go. It's the only way to guarantee the same quality as in Madrid. Our facilitators travel with all materials from our base in Madrid.
All 16 of our activities are designed to be portable. The most popular outside Madrid are Master Cooking, Megaconcurso, Escape Box, Squid Game and Mystery in the City. For outdoor events, Pirate Boarding and Bikes for a Cause also work very well.
Yes. The vast majority of in-house events take place in offices, meeting rooms, terraces, gardens or halls of the client's own venue. We handle transport and full setup. You don't need to rent an external venue.
Yes, we have run events in Las Palmas and in towns within provinces such as Avila, Toledo or Zaragoza. For destinations with complex logistics we quote case by case, but the initial answer is always yes.
For culinary activities, fresh ingredients are bought in the destination city to guarantee quality. The kitchen equipment, aprons, set design and other logistics travel with us from Madrid.
The process is the same as for an event in Madrid: tell us what you need (number of people, date, city, type of activity), we reply within 24 hours, we close the details and travel on the day of the event. No surprises.
