What is
Squid Game team building

"The perfect event to combine entertainment and professional growth, strengthening bonds between colleagues."

Participants split into teams and compete in a gymkhana full of physical and ingenuity challenges inspired by the most-watched series in history. The goal is to accumulate points at each station to reach the final showdown with an advantage.

Unlike other gymkhanas, Squid Game team building has a final challenge that changes everything: Red Light, Green Light. All participants compete at once to reach the finish line without being eliminated by the dreaded doll. Although they compete individually in that challenge, the first to cross the line wins for their whole team.

The result is an afternoon of adrenaline, laughter and teamwork that combines healthy competition with collective growth. The series provides the context, Froggy Events delivers the experience.

Skills the team develops
in Squid Game team building

Behind the adrenaline and the theme there is real skills work. The same ones needed in any company project.

Cooperation

Although the final challenge is individual, the result is always collective. In Squid Game team building nobody wins alone.

Communication

In the guiding challenges and team strategy, clear and fast communication is the difference between scoring points or losing them.

Leadership

Every team needs someone who makes decisions under pressure. This activity brings out natural leaders from the most unexpected places.

Creativity

Several challenges have no obvious answer. The team that finds unconventional solutions accumulates more points.

Problem-solving

Each station presents a different challenge with the same conditions for everyone. What sets teams apart is how they handle the unexpected.

Coordination

Tug of war, Ddakjis, Red Light Green Light. Challenges where moving as a team is not optional. Poor coordination costs points.
