Froggy Events was born from the union of two very different but completely complementary profiles. Laura, with a background in communication and a special sensitivity for detail and user experience. Adrián, with an analytical, strategic approach focused on optimising every process.
That combination is the foundation of everything: creativity with structure, ideas with execution, emotion with results. Because a good company event not only needs to be fun — it needs to be planned down to the last detail to work.
That's how we started designing different team building experiences: more immersive, more considered and with a clear purpose behind every decision.

The turning point came from seeing how the industry worked from the inside. Many team building activities did the job... but none of them stood out. Repetitive dynamics, low engagement and experiences that were quickly forgotten.
The conclusion was clear: it wasn't a concept problem, it was an execution problem. What was missing was narrative, design and a genuine understanding of how teams behave.
That's how Froggy Events was born, with one clear idea: to raise the bar for corporate events in Madrid and across Spain, shaping experiences where people genuinely get involved and create lasting memories.
The first event wasn't the biggest, but it was the most revealing. Seeing an entire team engaged, competing, collaborating and stepping out of their usual roles confirmed that the approach worked.
But the most important part came afterwards: the comments, the laughter recalling specific moments and the feeling of having lived something different. That made it clear that Froggy Events was about more than just organising team building activities.
Our goal is to create experiences that build a lasting connection between teams. Today we work with companies like Santander, Iberdrola, Volvo and BBVA, and every event still holds that same purpose.
