Yes. Most Christmas formats can be set up in a large meeting room, an open-plan area, a terrace or the lobby: Megaconcurso, Master Cocktail, Master Cooking (cold, no smoke), Portable Escape Room, karaoke or Bikes with a Future. We bring the equipment and the team. If you don’t have a space, we propose one in Madrid.

By far the two most requested formats at Christmas are the Megaconcurso and the Master Cocktail. Both are set up in the same space as the dinner, turn the evening into a team game and lead straight into the meal. After dinner, what works best is something light and festive such as karaoke.

Before, in the vast majority of cases. The activity breaks the ice and mixes departments, and people sit down to dinner with shared things to talk about. After dinner the group has less energy and attention, so only something light works, such as karaoke.

Our activities start from 10 people. For more than 100, formats where teams work in parallel work best: Master Cocktail with stations, Squid Game, Portable Escape Room, Corporate Canvas and Bikes with a Future, which we have produced for groups of over 200 people.

The most requested dates, Thursdays and Fridays in the first half of December, are mostly booked between July and September. In October there are still reasonable dates: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, the first days of December or the second half of the month. From November only leftover dates remain, or the option of holding it after Epiphany (6 January). The sooner you contact us, the more options you will have.

As a guide, from around €40 per person for the activity alone at your office or venue, and around €120 per person for a full day with venue and catering. The minimum budget for an event is around €1,000. The activity costs the same in December as in September; what can go up at Christmas is seasonal catering and venues on peak dates. The event can be framed as an end-of-year or Year End Party. The activities have no religious imagery and the look is adjusted: no tree, no carols and a different name. The underlying idea, closing the year together, works the same for the whole team.
