95% of what we do is team building for companies. The remaining 5% are birthdays, parties and weddings that almost always come through someone who saw us at a corporate event. These are the activities that work best outside the office.
We do not improvise: these are the formats we have already run with private groups. We choose the activity with you, based on the type of event, the group and the atmosphere you are after.
The most requested in the private world. You learn, you compete, you taste. It works from small groups up to birthdays with 40-50 guests.
A more technical and special alternative. We have run several birthdays where the group wanted something other than a standard dinner.
It fits between the drinks reception and the dancing. Instead of guests sitting and waiting for the next course, it has them competing in teams against the clock. A modern alternative to the recorded show.
For competitive groups looking for more than the usual bar crawl. We have run it at several hen and stag parties with very good results.
It is the activity private groups ask for most. It works because it combines the three things that make a good private event: learning something new, competing with friends and drinking what you make. Three rounds, a jury, a prize.
It fits especially well at adult birthdays, hen and stag parties, and as the activity between the drinks reception and the dancing at weddings. The last round includes a customisable cocktail, which gives the event its own identity (the birthday person’s cocktail, the couple’s cocktail, and so on).
See the full Master Cocktail →A team cooking contest in a set-menu or tapas format. The activity IS the meal: the group cooks, presents to the jury and eats what it has made. A clear upgrade on a restaurant dinner for birthdays and special gatherings.
For private events it works best in groups of 15-30 with enough space. It needs a little more logistics than the Master Cocktail but leaves a stronger memory when the group is really into it.

A TV-show style contest with buzzers, a professional host and a variety of challenges. For private events it is our recommendation for weddings: it fits perfectly between the drinks reception and the dancing, and shifts the dynamic from “guests sitting and waiting” to “guests actively competing in teams”. The couple choose how to take part: they can form their own team, join the host as presenters, or simply enjoy watching their friends compete.
It also works very well for large birthdays (40+ people) where you want an activity that involves everyone instead of splitting them across separate tables.

A corporate-but-civilised version of the series: varied challenges, eliminations, teams pitted against each other and a final winner. For private events we have taken it to several hen and stag parties with competitive groups who were tired of the usual bar crawl.
It works best with groups of 15-30 friends who know each other well and enjoy healthy rivalry. It is not for everyone: it needs a playful attitude and a willingness to move.

We have spent five years running team building for companies. We do only a few private events a year, and we do them well because we know when they fit and when they do not. Before asking for a quote, this is worth knowing:
It works very well for: groups of 15 motivated adults or more, 30th, 40th or 50th birthdays with party energy, competitive hen and stag parties, weddings that want an activity between the reception and the dancing, reunions of former colleagues, any event where people want to do rather than just watch.
It is not the best option for: intimate celebrations of fewer than 8 people, family parties with lots of small children, gatherings where half the group is there under duress, or events looking only for a passive show (a magician, a stand-up comedian, a DJ). For those there are better options than ours.
On price: private events start from €40 per person in groups of 25 or more. In smaller groups the rate rises considerably because materials, the instructor and the logistics are shared between fewer people. Ask us for a tailored quote based on the size and the activity.
Yes, although most of our work is corporate team building. Each year we run a handful of private events for clients who almost always come through word of mouth: birthdays, hen and stag parties and weddings. The activities are the same ones we offer companies, adapted to a private setting.
The Master Cocktail is by far the most requested activity for private events, especially at birthdays and hen and stag parties. We have also run Master Sushi and Master Cooking at birthdays, a Mega Contest at a wedding and Squid Game at several stag parties. The choice depends on the type of event, the group and the space.
It works very well from 15 motivated adults upwards. We have run events from 8 people up to 60+, but the format shows its full potential in mid-sized groups where team dynamics make sense. For very small groups or intimate celebrations with lots of children it is not the most efficient option.

Yes. The Master Cocktail works especially well at hen and stag parties because it combines activity, learning and drinking what you make. We have also run Squid Game at several parties with excellent results for competitive groups. We adapt it to the pace and the humour of the group.
Yes. We have run the Mega Contest at a wedding successfully: it fits very well as an activity between the drinks reception and the dancing. It changes the usual dynamic of guests sitting waiting for the next course and puts them competing in teams for the prize. The couple decide how to take part — forming a team with their friends, joining the host as presenters, or simply enjoying watching their guests compete. It is a modern alternative to the recorded show or the passive performance.
We adapt to the space: private homes with enough room, wedding venues, restaurants with a private room, event estates and rented spaces. We bring all the equipment. We operate in Madrid and across Spain.
We recommend getting in touch at least 3 weeks ahead to guarantee instructor and equipment availability. For peak dates (Christmas, wedding season in spring, weekends from May to July) it is best to book 6 to 8 weeks ahead.
Tell us what you are celebrating, how many of you there are and the date you have in mind. We reply in under 24 hours.
